Microdermals (dermal anchors) are inserted into the skin as transdermal implants. 

This dermal anchor has a bar height of 1.6 mm and is supplied with a Crystal Clear Disc attachment in sizes 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm or 6.0 mm. 

The rod with internal thread has a thickness of 1.6 mm, i.e. all standard Wildcat attachments with a thread thickness of 1.2 mm for a rod thickness of 1.6 mm can be screwed on as an alternative.
