The high-quality processed barbells of the Titan Highline® have unscrewable balls at both ends. By the way, all threads in our jewellery collections are standardised so that you can combine rings, balls, stems and attachments with each other!
The barbells are internally threaded, so the balls are screwed into the internal thread of the stem. This means that the jewellery can be inserted into the stitch channel particularly easily and without damaging the skin.
All basics of the Titan Highline® can be sterilised in an autoclave and are absolutely safe for allergy sufferers due to the skin-friendly nature of the material. This article is also available in Titan Blackline® (KIT) and Titan Zirconline® (GIT). However, the availability of the individual sizes may vary!
Note: You will find the replacement balls matching the barbell in the Titan Highline® for example under the article designation XIP or XEB! Of course, there are also replacement stems (XST).
