Titan Blackline® Internally Threaded Barbell

The premium processed Titan Blackline® Internally Threaded Barbells have threaded balls on both ends (a barbell consists of a stem and two balls). The balls get screwed into the stems internal thread.

By the way, all of our threads are standardised, so that you are able to combine rings, balls, studs and attachments! Please pay attention to the different kinds and sizes of the threads.

The barbells and the compatible balls are available in different strength/length-combinations:

Strength: 1.6 mm – Stem length: 10.0, 13.0, 14.0 mm – Balls: 5.0 mm

Strength: 2.0 mm – Stem length: 12.0, 14.0, 16.0 mm – Balls: 5.0 mm

Strength: 2.4 mm – Stem length: 26.0, 28.0, 30.0, 32.0, 34.0 mm – Balls: 6.0 mm

During the coating of our jewellery by the physical vapour deposition system a thin and abrasion-resistant coat is laid on the jewellery. It complies around the Titan like a covering, without needing any further processing. The advantage of this kind of colour adaptation to black (Titan Blackline®) and gold (Titan Zircoline®) is, that the characteristics of the Titan are not influenced by its coloration. The biocompatibility is ensured, as this process is also used in the medical science (e.g. for implants).

The article can, like all basics, be sterilised in an autoclave and due to the skin friendliness of the material it is absolutely harmless to allergic persons.
This article is also available in the Titan Zirconline® (GIT) and in the Titan Highline® (XIT). Availability of sizes may vary!

The compatible replacement balls for the barbells can be found in the Titan Blacklineline, they are called KBE or KIP. Replacement stems can be found among KSS.
