The labrets with a thickness of 1.2 mm are available in lengths of 5.0 – 12.0 mm. The corresponding balls have a diameter of 3.0 mm. By the way, all threads in our jewellery collections are standardised, so that you can combine the rings, balls, rods and attachments with each other!
When coating our piercing jewellery with the Physical Vapor Deposition- System (PVD), a thin and abrasion-resistant coating is applied to the jewellery, which nestles around the titanium like a shell without the need for another bonding layer. The advantage of this method of colour matching our jewellery is that the properties of the underlying titanium are not affected by its colouring. Furthermore, biocompatibility is assured, as this process is also used in the medical industry (e.g. for implants).
All basics of the Titan Aurumline® can be sterilised in an autoclave and are absolutely safe for allergy sufferers due to the skin-friendliness of the material.
