The high-quality processed Titan Aurumline® Circular Barbells have the shape of a horseshoe. They have a thickness of 1.2 mm and are available with an inner diameter of 6.0 – 10.0 and 12.0 mm. The corresponding balls have a diameter of 3.0 mm. The stem is externally threaded. The balls can be screwed onto the external threads of the externally threaded circular barbell. When inserting them, please take care not to damage the skin. By the way, all threads in our jewellery collections are standardised, so you can combine rings, balls, bars and attachments with each other!
When coating our piercing jewellery using the Physical Vapor Deposition- System (PVD), a thin and abrasion-resistant coating is applied to the jewellery, which nestles around the titanium like a shell without the need for another bonding layer. The advantage of this way of colour-matching our jewellery is that the properties of the underlying titanium are not affected by its colouring. Furthermore, biocompatibility is assured, as this process is also used in the medical industry (e.g. for implants).
All basics of Titan Aurumline® can be sterilised in an autoclave and are absolutely harmless for allergy sufferers due to the skin-friendliness of the material.
