The high quality circular barbells of the Steel Highline® have the shape of a horseshoe. All threads in our jewellery collections are standardised so that you can combine the rings, balls, bars and attachments with each other!
The Circular Barbells are externally threaded in the thicknesses 1.6 to 2.4 mm, i.e. the balls are screwed onto the external thread of the barbell. All barbells from 3.2 mm are internally threaded, i.e. the balls are screwed into the internal thread of the bar. The balls at the ends not only provide a good grip, but also give the barbell a special look.
The ball sizes depend on the thickness and inner diameter of the ring and are supplied in the following sizes:
Ball sizes:
Thickness 1.6 mm:
Diameter 10.0 mm = 4.0 mm balls
Diameter 13.0 &15.0 mm = 5.0 mm balls
Diameter 19.0 & 22.0 & 25.0 mm = 6.0 mm balls
Thickness 2.0 mm:
all diameters = 6.0 mm balls
Thickness 2.4 mm:
all diameters = 6.0 mm balls
Thickness 3.2 mm:
all diameters = 6.0 mm balls
Thickness 4.0 mm:
all diameters = 8.0 mm balls
Thickness 5.0 mm:
all diameters = 8.0 mm balls
Thickness 6.0 mm:
all diameters = 10.0 mm balls
Thickness 8.0 mm:
all diameters = 12.0 mm balls
Thickness 10.0 mm:
all diameters = 15.0 mm
Note: The balls are included in the delivery. If you need a replacement ball, you can order it under the article code “TBA” (up to 2.4 mm thickness) and “SEB” (from 3.2 mm thickness). Please note the thread type and ball and thread size!
All Steel Highline® basics can be sterilised in an autoclave. This article is also available in Titan Blackline® (KCB), Titan Highline (XCB) and Titan Zirconline® (GCB). The availability of the individual sizes may vary here!
